Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our service or a third-party service. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

Ownership

All content found on our website and throughout our products including images, documentation, support queries and any other information is our property and may not be redistributed without permission or consent.

Pricing

We reserve the right, at any time, to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, support or any of our products with or without notice. Prices of all products are subject to change. Notice of price changes will be made on the site.

All products are sold as automatically recurring subscriptions that renew every year on the anniversary of the purchase date. This is applicable for all paid products, unless otherwise states; and the ones that come with a lifetime license which do not require renewals.

Licenses

Our products are licensed under the GNU General Public License (http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl) version 2.0 or later.

Our products might have “Unlimited Websites Usage” license which means you are allowed to use our products and its licenses on as many websites as you want. You can use our products for your own personal use or as part of a commercial project where you develop a website for your client.

You may not provide access to the installation of our products as a hosting service provider or a reseller, and you may not provide to others as part of a “Software As-a-Service” (SaaS). You may not bundle it and resell it as a commercial, off the shelf, license or product.

Freebies License

  • Our free items have a dedicated license here.
  • No support can be claimed for free items, the product is used as is.

Updates

Our premium items are updated on a regular basis to maintain compatibility with the latest technology and platform versions. Hidunks.com is not obliged to update the themes with new features, functions, design etc. (although this does happen) but to insure compatibility inside the platform upon which they’re created.

Our WordPress themes can be automatically updated within your WordPress dashboard.

Support

Please submit a support ticket here. This is the only way to be sure that our staff will respond directly to your issue.

While we work hard to provide support for our themes, it’s important that you know what we can and can’t help with and what we do and don’t do. It’s frustrating when things are going wrong, and knowing where to look for support makes this a little less stressful.

Theme Compatibility

Our premium items are designed to function properly with the latest technology.

New WordPress upgrades are accompanied by theme updates in a short time, until then users are not recommended to update the new WordPress version released.

We cannot guarantee the compatibility of our themes with all third party software and plugins. We are not responsible for any incompatibility issues with other plugins. While it is our policy to support as best as we can our products, we will provide 3rd party conflicts support when time allows and at our discretion.

Refunds

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your item purchase which is why we offer a 7 day money back guarantee. We offering non-tangible, irrevocable goods we do have a few conditions to protect ourselves from bad faith claims.

Buyers are eligible for a refund if the item does not work as advertised in demo. If Hidunks team fails to correct the technical problem within 24 hours from the date of the initial notification provided by the customer, the refund will be issued to the customer in full. The customer should allow the team to adequately help and assist them in order to solve the issue.

Complaints which are based merely on the customer’s false expectations or wishes are not honored. Please, read carefully if the item is the right choice for your needs before purchasing or contact us.

Refunds may only be issued within 7 days of the purchase date. After 7 days no refunds can be processed.
